We just had a Carrier mini split system installed in our home. The installers were all incredibly professional and friendly. They did the job much quicker than initially quoted and were very respectful of our home, inside and out. Their pricing was very fair and they handled collecting the rebates from PSE. We couldn't be happier with our new system!
Very honest and professional. I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable timeframe even during the height of furnace outage season and they quickly found and fixed the problem and only charged me the minimum service fee. I really appreciate this company.
Very happy with the whole experience. Jodie came out and gave a clear explanation and breakdown about what to expect, which unit would be the best for our budget and house and was in constant communication. Dan and Justin on the install went the extra mile. They kept the new installation clean and professional and I am very happy with the results.
I was at Enumclaw parade this winter and was given a card from Treat's. I decided to give them a shot. The technician was professional and friendly. He found the issue on the board rather quickly and also reprogrammed my thermostat. The company that installed my unit originally came out with bids ranging from $14,000 to $18,000 on a new unit. Treat's will be my first call from now on!
Treats did a fantastic job installing a heat pump and two head mini split system at our home up in the woods. The installers, Justin and Issac, did an amazing job and greatly exceeded our expectations with the fit and finish. They even added a custom piece of white sheet metal to ensure the mini split fit seamlessly with a sloped A-frame wall. It looks fantastic!
Treat's is our go-to for all heat, AC, and even electrical work. Friendly technicians always do phenomenal work. Kate keeps everyone up to date with calls and emails with advanced notice of upcoming appointments or when a tech is heading our way.
These folks have helped us out a couple of times now. They came out promptly and exactly when they said they would. Friendly and professional as well as quick. He got right to work finding out the problem and getting it fixed. He offered advice for the future and was never condescending.
We love Treats and have worked with them for about three years. Their customer service is of the highest quality, especially Kate. Cat, an experienced service tech, recently installed a new motor in our old furnace. She was on time, the installation went quickly and without a hitch. I highly recommend this excellent company.

Jodie came out and within a short time determined there were no upgrades we could make. She talked me out of adding anything at that time. She was open and honest, and I was incredibly appreciative of her time. You may not have made a sale, but when I'm ready to buy or make a referral you will be first on the list!
